Those born in late summer and early autumn are around half a centimeter taller and have wider bones than their peers born in winter and spring, an 18-year project found.

Expectant mothers lucky enough to be blooming in the warmer month’s should get enough sun to boost their vitamin D levels just by walking around outside or even sunbathing.

American researchers have discovered that divorce is catching and speads like a disease through families, work places and friends, the Daily Mail of London reported Sunday.

The domino effect means that if an immediate friend or colleague splits up, your own chance of divorce increases by 75%.

The researchers believe that break-ups within groups of friends force couples to start questioning their own relationships.

The findings come from a continuing study in to the lives of more than 12,000 Americans living in the New England town of Framingham since 1948.

Researchers have made the startling discovery that a risky chemical compound is present on some till receipts, the Daily Mail of London reported.

The levels of hazardous substance Bisphenol A can be high enough to suppress male hormones in the body.

“In the long term, this leads to less sexual drive and encourages the belly instead of the muscles,” said Prof Frank Sommer, a Berlin-based urologist.
